Cognitive Aptitude

Research shows that cognitive aptitude is one of the most accurate predictors of job success: twice as predictive as job interviews, three times as predictive as experience, and four times as predictive as education level. This is because employment aptitude tests assess qualities that are critical to almost all mid- and higher-level jobs.


Skills assessments measure proficiency in areas like general job readiness skills, verbal and math comprehension, typing and data entry, basic computer literacy, and Microsoft Office. They are designed to determine whether or not an individual has the requisite level of skill required to effectively perform at a job that will require the frequent use of the skills in question. 

Myers-Briggs Strong

The Strong Interest Inventory assessment helps individuals identify their work personality by exploring their interests in six broad areas: realistic, artistic, investigative, social, enterprising, and conventional (acronym RIASEC). Depending on the report, it ranks the individual’s top 5 or 10 most compatible occupations from a list of jobs.
