Our participation in the Privacy Shield applies to all personal data that is subject to this Privacy Policy and which is received from  the EU and the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Our accountability for personal data that we receive under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks and subsequently transfer to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles.
